**Partner with the best**
As a Product Owner, you'll be the customer representative taking ownership for planning, forecasting and production of our end-to-end product life-cycle. You will leverage your expertise through partnering with our business and development teams. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high level outcomes on internally developed tools.
**As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for**:
- Collaborating with the Product Management team to translate market/customer requirements into product requirements.
- Ensuring functional and non-functional requirements are well documented and understood by the design and development teams.
- Working closely with the design teams to convert feature requirements into high fidelity prototypes.
- Ensuring delivery of planned features in the release by clearing any roadblocks related to product functionality.
- Reviewing and provide user story acceptance for stories planned in the sprint.
- Balancing the product release expectations from the customer and development teams by prioritizing requirements effectively.
- Acting as the voice of the customer in the scrum team, ensuring value driven development.
- Working with the cross functional scrum team and attend required scrum ceremonies.
- Documenting, and reporting key product performance metrics to the global product management team.
- Collecting continuous user feedback and ensure effective backlog prioritization.
- Assisting in doing product research to identify market gaps and opportunities.
- Demonstrating substantial experience with the technology stack and its impact on the final product.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will need:
- To have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or management with a minimum of 5 years of total IT experience. Preferably 1+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for a B2B digital product.
- To have demonstrated experience of working with agile software development teams. Seeing the problem through the eyes of the customer.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing, for products of significant size. Must be able to communicate and elicit requirements from stakeholders/customers and interpret them correctly.
- Proven track record of working with cross cultural and diverse global teams to deliver successful customer facing products.
- To work closely with UX experts to design creative yet simple user experience.
- To have excellent interpersonal skills, with good negotiation abilities.
- To be an individual performer who is self-motivated to get the work done and provide suggestions to improve product quality.
- To understand technical areas such as caching, APIs, data transfer, scalability, and security in an enterprise SaaS digital product development setup.
- Have Expert proficiency in tools supporting SDLC such as Jira, Rally, Aha, Office Suite, Figma, et al.
