About the job

Key responsibilities:
1. The key duties will be to conduct investigations of employment disputes, discrimination complaints, bad behavior, and violations of company policy
2. Explain and/or interpret company and governmental policies and procedures
3. Manage and administer a broad range of tasks including resolving complaints, and counseling managers and employees on the interpretation of policies, procedures, and union agreements

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
