**Job Description: Graphic Designer**

**Position**: Graphic Designer**Experience Required**: 2-4 Years**Location ; Baltana, ZirakpurEmployment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including brochures, posters, banners, social media posts, and marketing materials.
- Develop original concepts and refine designs based on feedback.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize CorelDRAW for vector-based illustrations and layouts.
- Work extensively with Adobe Photoshop for image editing, retouching, and composition.
- Design high-quality graphics and illustrations using Adobe Illustrator.
- **Video Editing (preferred)**:

- Edit and produce engaging video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional use.
- **Brand Alignment**:

- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all projects.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- 2-4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Expertise in **CorelDRAW**, **Adobe Photoshop**, and **Adobe Illustrator**.
- Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in creating motion graphics or animations.
- Familiarity with emerging design trends and tools.
