**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**:

- Develop creative concepts and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, logos, and other design elements for print, web, and social media platforms.
- Create visually compelling presentations, infographics, and reports that effectively convey complex information.
- **Branding**:

- Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain brand identity.
- **Digital Media**:

- Design and optimize website graphics, user interfaces, and digital ads.
- Create engaging visual content for social media campaigns, including animated graphics and video assets.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development teams, to deliver cohesive and effective visual solutions.
- Take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, including client feedback and revisions.
- **Research and Trends**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Continuously improve and innovate design processes to enhance efficiency and creativity.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant tools.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative thinking and the ability to develop unique design concepts that resonate with the target audience.
- **Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in all design work.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and concepts clearly.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is an advantage.
- Experience in designing for both print and digital media.
