Graphic Designer

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer. This position is perfect for a recent graduate or someone with limited professional experience in graphic design who is eager to grow and develop their skills in a dynamic work environment. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our design team to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and effectively communicates our message to our target audience.
- **Key Responsibilities-**: Create visually appealing graphics for various digital and print mediums, including but not limited to social media posts, website banners, advertisements, brochures, and flyers.
- Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and conceptualize new ideas and designs.
- Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms.
- Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including video editing and motion graphics, as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve skills and stay competitive in the field.
- Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines.
- Accept constructive feedback and make revisions to designs based on feedback and creative direction **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and time management skills.

**Salary**: Up to ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:
