**Responsibilities**:

- Creating pipeline in timely manner for Campus hiring. Creating data base of universities and colleges based on company needs, working on forecasting of recruitment for freshers.
- Maintaining relationships with universities and campuses across various cities to ensure success of SMBC India campus program.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the programs successfully.
- The role invariably involves collaborating with multiple internal teams, and external campuses.
- and applicant documentation.
- Work closely with corporate communication teams locally and with campus team in APAC to collaborate and bring best experience to India campus program.
- Work with R&R team and campuses to ensure that SMBC remains competitive in the market. This will require thorough research, analysis, and internal selling to the stakeholders.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- 5-7years of campus hiring experience with a strong exposure to planning, executing, and engaging with campuses across Under Grad, Management and Engineering colleges
- We’re interested in your strategic approach to problem-solving creatively and project management across a complex organization.
- PG in any discipline
- Articulate with strong written and oral communication.
- Good Interpersonal skills, with both external counterparties and internal stakeholders
- Practical experience in handling data on excel and creating analysis from various viewpoints.
- Strong in thinking and creating PowerPoints.
