Job Description About Human Resources: The HR department handles a range of different functions within an organization like hiring and recruiting, training and development, compensation, developing and overseeing employee benefits, promoting employee career development and addressing current employee concerns. The HR Department is responsible for finding talented manpower and placing them in right jobs in the Bank. About the Role: The Campus Recruiter Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining our relations with universities for recruiting fresh graduate talents from Various Institutes and Business Schools. Conceptualize and implement engagement programs for all Institutes and Business Schools across the country to enhance company brand. We are looking for exceptional individuals who can hit the ground running and have the drive to be successful in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity and the role requires an enthusiastic approach, coupled with a real determination to deliver consistently. Key Responsibilities Creating Annual Campus Program by working with Business stakeholders Creating and managing Internship Program Improving Campus Branding and Campus Engagement Activities Empaneling with colleges and strive for Day 0 dates in the campus recruitment season Initiate post Offer Candidate Engagement Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks. Manage Onboarding, and Collaborate with Human Resources and Training for fresh graduate training Maintain relations with the Training and Placement Offices (TPO) with universities, institutes and colleges Tie up with Training Institutes to hire trained gradates Work to bring Automation in Campus Hiring Qualifications: Optimal qualification for success on the job is: - MBA / Postgraduate in HR or relevant field (Preferable) from a recognized institute. Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: - Commitment to continuous improvement ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships - Good interpersonal and collaboration skill to interact with different level of leaders and colleagues - Good at conceptual work design and logical thinking. - Result and future orientation, have good sense for new technology deployment. - Good team player with proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
