**Responsibilities**
- Sound knowledge of Server management any Make and Model, Installation, Troubleshooting skills
- Should be able to support and troubleshoot server hosted in datacenter
- Resolving/troubleshooting of issue related to Active directory, IIS
- Management of the storage solution including, but not limited to, management of space, volume, RAID configuration, configuration and management of disk array, Firewalls etc.
- Installation of the server operating system and operating system utilities, Reinstallation on event of system crash/failures
- Regularly monitor and maintain a log of the performance monitoring of servers including but not limited to monitoring CPU, disk space, memory utilisation, I/O utilization, etc.
- Critical patch management of servers and desktops
- Responsible for periodic health check of the systems, troubleshooting problems, analysing and implementing rectification measures
- Responsible for maintaining Asset of Data centre, Spare management, Vendor management for timely support
- Responsible for managing uptime of servers as per SLAs, Logical access control of user and groups on system
- Registering/ Updating / Tracking of Anti Virus Software Tools.
- Support for virus prevention and cleaning methods and virus definition updates ,To disinfect systems in case of Virus attacks on servers & desktop PCs and attempt data recovery wherever possible.
- Data Backup, management and Restore management, Backup and restore of data in accordance to defined process, Generation and publishing of backup reports periodically
- Prepare training materials and train users on the proper use of hardware and software when necessary.
- Installation and configuration of Windows-based operating systems (Windows 7,8&10)
- Installation and configuration of Windows Server-based operating systems (Windows 2008- 2019)
- Configuring & troubleshooting Desktop/Laptops for L1 levels & Managing backup and recovery.
- Configuring & troubleshooting of printer, scanner & LAN related issues reported by users
- Exposure in Active Directory user creation & deletion
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting of internet connectivity problems
- Regular data & mail backup of user desktop and mail data
- Good experience in configuring & troubleshooting MS Outlook 2007/10/13 or Outlook Express
- Resolving tickets within the SLA which are raised from the End User side.

Qualifications / **Experience**

B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc in Computers, Electronics

5 to 10 Years in Systems Administration

**Salary : - **From Rs. 15,000.00 per month And Above.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
