**-Minimum 2+ years experience as a sales trainer**

**-Remote work setup infrastructure is a mandate - Laptop/Desktop with webcam, Stable ethernet or wifi connection with a minimum of 20 MBPS speed with no restriction on data consumption, power and network back up in case of interruptions.**

**-Preference to FinTech & EdTech Sales experience.**

**-Over indexing on customer experience in all the tasks and activities**

**-Process Management**

**-Strong problem solving, Strategy, Prioritization skills with an eye for detail**

**-Intermediate knowledge of MS office**

**-Excellent coaching skills**

**-Familiar with performance management methods**

**-Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning**

**-Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms**

**Roles & Responsibilities**

**-Conduct training for new and current sales associates and develop individualized training plans for underperforming sales persons**

**-Schedule orientations and related training events for individuals and teams**

**-Observe sales encounters and determine the training needs for individuals and/or sales teams**

**-Develop sales performance policies and methods for evaluating performance in a far fashion**

**-Improve training techniques when needed to meet the unique demands of certain accounts and/or the corporate sales market at large**

**-Stay updated with current market trends and the changing demands of the corporate sales environment**

**-Analyze day to day needs for training in the sales team**

**-Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement**

**-Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses**

**-Monitor sales objectives and results**

**-Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)**

**-Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to the sales process, develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance, and schedules orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives**

**-Conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees**

**-Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions**

**-Conversion of the pitch to be the key success metricAbout company**

**Salary**: ₹234,980.56 - ₹500,324.56 per year
