**Job Summary**

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our **International Voice Process team**. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery to clients across international markets (US/UK/Australia, etc.).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers in a professional manner.
- Understand customer queries/issues and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet process KPIs including **First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)**.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department for timely resolution.
- Adhere to compliance, security, and quality standards during every interaction.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Excellent **verbal communication skills in English**.
- Strong listening and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
- Prior experience in international voice process/BPO will be preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
