Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Need 2-3 Girls for This Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our hemp-based products to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- Order Management: Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving order-related issues.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to improve our products and services.
- CRM Updates: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to address customer needs and support business objectives.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive experience. Requirements: Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi both.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Personal Traits:

- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
