**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Handling**:

- Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create, edit, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) tailored to the brand’s voice and audience.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance (reach, engagement, etc.) and optimize strategies for growth.
- Engage with followers and manage responses, comments, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to create cohesive campaigns.
- Manage paid social media campaigns (if applicable), track budgets, and analyze performance.

**Personal Assistant (PA) Duties**:

- Provide administrative support. Including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel logistics.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and other departments, clients, or stakeholders.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Run personal errands and assist with day-to-day tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate special events or projects as requested by the executive.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar support role is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and online content best practices is a plus.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
