**Responsibilities**:
1. **Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create content calendars that schedule engaging content for various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

2. **Content Creation**:

- Produce, edit, and publish engaging content such as text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and style across all social media channels.

3. **Community Management**:

- Monitor, engage, and respond to followers in a timely manner.
- Manage social media communities and foster a positive environment.

4. **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategies to improve engagement and reach.

5. **Trend Monitoring**:

- Explore and capitalize on emerging platforms or features.

6. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, PR, and content teams to align social media campaigns with broader company initiatives.
- Coordinate with designers and videographers for creative assets.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or business.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Creativity and ability to develop innovative content strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or similar roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Passion for social media and digital trends.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
