Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily food preparation and basic cooking tasks under the guidance of chefs.
- Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation requirements.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes served.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, storage, and work areas.
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store utensils, equipment, and kitchen tools.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel sanitation standards (HACCP/FSSAI guidelines).
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- **Support to Chefs & Team**:

- Assist chefs in chopping, cutting, marinating, garnishing, and plating.
- Replenish stock and ensure availability of ingredients during operations.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely delivery of food.
- **Inventory & Stock Management**:

- Check and store daily supplies, raw materials, and ingredients properly.
- Minimize food wastage through correct portioning and storage practices.
- Assist in stock rotation (FIFO method - First In, First Out).
- **Guest Satisfaction Support**:

- Ensure food is prepared and served on time.
- Follow special dietary requirements or guest preferences as instructed by chef.
- Maintain professionalism and teamwork to deliver excellent guest experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month
