**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about the menu and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- **Serving**:

- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
- Ensure food and beverage orders are correct and meet quality standards.
- Attend to guests’ needs and requests throughout their dining experience.
- **Table Maintenance**:

- Set up tables before service, including tablecloths, silverware, and glasses.
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining.
- Ensure the dining area is clean and well-organized at all times.
- **Payment Processing**:

- Present bills to guests and process payments accurately.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely.
- Provide change and receipts as required.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.
- Assist other waitstaff and team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents to the management promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a waiter in the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Previous experience in a hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
