About Icarry: iCarry.in is a simple and convenient **logistics**solution for **businesses** who are looking for a courier service nearby to pick up their packages from their homes / workshops / offices.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting the HR team in identifying and onboarding talent for the organization.
3. Supporting the entire recruitment process, including scheduling and overall hiring activities.
4. Handling salary negotiations, issuing offer letters, and managing onboarding and offboarding formalities.

Skill(s) required: English Proficiency (Written), Hindi Proficiency (Spoken), Human Resources MS-Excel, Google Sheets

**Other requirements**

1. Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

3. Familiarity with conducting online interviews and coordinating hiring processes.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.

5. Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

6. Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools and Google sheets.

7. Interest in the logistics,, and e-commerce sectors.

8. Prior internships or experience in HR or recruitment are advantageous.
