**Job Title: Internal Recruiter**

**Location**: Remote/Work from Home

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate remotely with internship program managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies for non-paid internships.
- Communicate effectively with selected interns, providing them with program details, expectations, and next steps.
- Assist with remote onboarding activities for selected interns, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and introductions to team members.
- Provide support to interns throughout their remote internship experience, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote.
- Familiarity with remote recruitment tools and platforms, such as online job boards, video interviewing software, and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for supporting the professional development of young talent and providing meaningful internship experiences.
- Requirements of remote internship programs.
