PFL Food Pvt Ltd is seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's online sales and marketing strategies. This includes supporting in creating effective Ecommerce campaigns, assisting with analyzing regular performance sales, marketing reports, analyzing, coordinating, overseeing, updating company’s online store and products and ensuring other marketing andsales related smooth operations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of online sales strategies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Skills**

- Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Excel
- Social Media Marketing
- Quick commerce Platforms (e.g., Zepto, Blinkit etc)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot,

Salesforce, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced

environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate follow-ups with prospects and clients on behalf of the

sales team.
- Compile and analyze sales data to create regular performance

reports.
- Support the preparation of sales forecasts and market analysis.
- Maintain and update sales & CRM databases with client and lead

information.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Co-ordinating with creative team responsible for content creation
- Coordinating with consultants for promotional events & marketing

campaigns
- Manage online product listings, ensuring accuracy and

optimization.
- Track and report on key e-commerce, marketing, GT/MT sales

metrics and KPIs.
- Oversee the maintenance and update of the company’s online

store.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns

and promotions.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure

smooth operations.

**Languages**: Basic fluency in English and Hindi.

**Residency**: Can easily commute to Thane

**Working Conditions**:
**Days**: Monday to Saturday.

**Timing**: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

**For Experienced personnel with 2+ years of experience**

Salary**:Will be discussed during the interview.**
