Snow Park Goa is a leading indoor amusement destination offering real snow, fun activities, and unforgettable experiences for tourists and locals alike. We're looking for a Customer Relations Executive to handle calls, manage leads, provide information, and ensure high-quality guest interaction before they visit.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp messages related to ticket bookings, packages, location details, and general inquiries.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to potential leads, travel agents, and group bookings.
- Maintain and update customer enquiry records in CRM or lead sheets.
- Share details about pricing, park timings, offers, and activities accurately.
- Coordinate with the ticket counter and sales team for group reservations.
- Ensure prompt and polite responses to customer queries through phone and online channels.
- Forward feedback or special requests to relevant departments when needed.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- 12th Pass / Graduate in any field.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, telesales, or CRM roles. Fresher are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, and call handling.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and festive seasons.
