**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for basic product/service issues.
- Record, track, and update customer requests in the CRM/ticketing system.
- Coordinate with the technical team for escalated issues and ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by following clear communication and problem-solving steps.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions and recurring issues.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (any stream).
- 0-2 years of experience in **customer support or technical support** (freshers welcome).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving ability and calmness under pressure.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
