Whom do We Need?
We are seeking a Scrum Master with 5-7 years of experience, specializing in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, to join our team on a 6-month contract (with potential extension). You will work with cross-functional teams in the Data Science space, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring seamless project delivery for AI and Data Science initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as a Scrum Master for projects within the Data Science team, ensuring adherence to Agile best practices.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI specialists and data scientists, to ensure smooth project delivery.
Identify and remove impediments that hinder project progress, ensuring team productivity and goal achievement.
Track and report project progress, ensuring that all stakeholders are updated regularly.
Foster a collaborative environment and promote continuous improvement within the team.
Qualification & Requirements
5-7 years of total experience, with relevant experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing AI-related projects.
In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and proven experience in a Scrum Master role.
Strong ability to work with technical teams, especially in AI and Data Science projects.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Familiarity with AI and Data Science topics (preferred).
Experience working with data-driven projects and understanding machine learning processes (preferred).
