Role: Business Analysts/Testing/Scrum Master
Prior Role/Experience**:Software Development/Testing/BA**
Education: Degree in Computer Science or equal
Experience: 3 to 6 years
Work Location: WFH/Bangalore
Work Time: 2: 30 pm to 11: 30 pm IST

**Salary**: 4.5 lacs to 7 lacs INR per annum

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
- Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct gap analysis to identify differences between current and desired business processes
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Remove obstacles that impede the team’s progress and work with the team to identify and implement solutions
- Ensure the team has a clear understanding of the product backlog and sprint goals
- Monitor and report on project progress, and identify and mitigate potential risks to project success
- Report and track software issues and defects

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong understanding of software development processes and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- 2+ years of experience in software development and/or testing and/or business analysis
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
