- Experience: 0 to 1 Yrs
- Job Location: WFH(Once in a quarter need to visit Bangalore office)
- Shift Time: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
- Notice Period: Immediate

**Mandatory Skill set** - Financial Planning and Analysis, Excellent MS Excel, Good communication, Good knowledge about Financial Statements, Journal entry.
- **Roles & Responsibilities**:_

1. Financial Analysis:
Conducting in-depth financial analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and business drivers.

2. Reporting and Presentations:
Preparing reports and presentations for management on financial performance, variances, and recommendations.

3. Collaboration:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and build financial models.

4. Variance Analysis:
Monitoring budget variances and proactively identifying areas of concern or improvement.

5. Data Analysis:
Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing financial data from various sources.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications/ certifications**

1. Minimum Qualifications:
B Com /M com Inter with at least 0 to 1 Years’ experience in the relevant domain.

2. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably from the Shared Service industry.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High proficiency in MS Office preferably data modelling experience and advanced working knowledge of MS Excel.

Good Working Knowledge on SAP, Net-suite, Hyperion.

Good accounting concepts.

Good Interpersonal skills.

Ability to identify and analyze financial issues, and develop solutions

**Key Competencies**:
1. Analyzing financial statements and identifying trends and variances.

2. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.

3. Supporting the monthly close process.

4. Developing and presenting dashboards and reports to track key financial metrics.

5. Conducting variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted performance

6. Be team player and share best practice.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
