Whom do we Need?
We are seeking for Database Research Associate, who will play a key role in maintaining the integrity and performance of our database while conducting research to support sales. You will assist in the developing, designing, and maintenance of databases. Additionally, you will support research efforts by managing and creating data and reporting.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the developing, designing, and maintenance of database systems.
Conduct database research to support business initiatives, including data collection, cleaning, and analysis.
Monitor database performance, identifying, and resolving issues to ensure mínimal downtime.
Perform regular campaigns on the database to support sales.
Assist in the development and documentation of database policies, procedures, and standards.
Stay updated on the latest technologies, trends, and best practices.
Provide support for database-related issues to end-users and other team members.

**Qualifications**:
1-3 years of experience in database administration, research, or a related role.
Familiarity with database management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Experience with data research and analysis tools is a plus.
