**Roles and Responsibility:

- Identify and approach potential B2B clients in the hardware and furniture sector.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client needs effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals successfully.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and performance metrics.
- Submit regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Screening, recruiting, and training sales employees.
- Train staff with proper roles and responsibility.
