- Monitor and track sales performance metrics, generate sales reports, and provide insights to the sales team to support decision-making.
- Coordinate logistics for sales events, trade shows, and conferences, including travel arrangements and booth setup.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate personnel as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Assist in training and onboarding new sales team members as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
