**Job Summary**: We are seeking a driven Sales Officer to join our team in Surat. This role is responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence in the region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and drive sales of our Ayurvedic and Allopathic OTC products in Surat.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct daily visits to GP doctors and chemists in your area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, doctors, and medical distributors.
- Appoint and manage new stockists within your designated region.
- Oversee stockist performance to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and provide feedback to management.
- Regularly track and report on sales performance.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on OTC marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and manage stockist relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical market in Surat is an advantage.
