Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing subcontractors, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage site activities, including scheduling and assigning tasks to workers.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
- Monitor project progress, reporting on any issues that may affect timelines or budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Maintain quality control by inspecting work and ensuring it meets specifications.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, coordinating deliveries and site logistics.
- Document daily site activities, including labor hours and progress reports.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in industrial construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
