**Position Title**: Civil Site Supervisor
**Location**: Project Location - Palghar (Boisar & Saphale)
**Department**: Project Execution / Site Management
**Reporting To**: Project Manager
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution of work.
- Maintain daily site records such as work progress, labor attendance, material usage, and site photos.
- Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and adherence to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) norms.
- Conduct quality checks and report any non-conformities to the Project Engineer.
- Coordinate material deliveries and verify quantities and quality at the site.
- Ensure timely execution of civil activities like excavation, RCC work, brickwork, plastering, flooring, etc.
- Assist in preparing progress reports and project status updates for management.
- Communicate effectively with workers and contractors to resolve site-level issues.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
- **Experience**: 3-7 years of relevant site supervision experience in civil construction projects.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings
- Knowledge of construction methods, site management, and materials
- Familiarity with quality and safety standards
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Team management and multitasking capability

**Preferred Industry Background**:

- Construction, Infrastructure, Industrial, or Energy Sector projects (e.g., Oil & Gas, LNG terminals, pipelines)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
