We are currently seeking a skilled and creative Interior Designer cum Sites Supervisor to join our team.

As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing design solutions for various interior projects. Additionally, you will also take on the role of a Sites Supervisor, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and meet the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial spaces.

2. Prepare detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

3. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.

4. Source materials, furniture, and accessories that align with the design concept and budget.

5. Oversee the project implementation on-site to ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.

6. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

7. Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and resolve any on-site issues promptly.

8. Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

9. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior design team members, if applicable.

10. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards on-site.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as an Interior Designer with at least 1 year of work experience.

2. Proficiency in using CAD software and other relevant design tools.

3. Strong creativity and design flair, with an eye for detail.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

6. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

7. Previous experience in supervising on-site construction activities is a plus.

8. A degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field is preferred.
