**JOB DISCRIPTION FOR PERSNOL LOAN**

- **Determining all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans**

**Job brief**

**We are looking for a Loan Executive’s to evaluate, authorize approval or deny loan**

**and financial institution and you will help qualified applicants acquire loans in a**

**timely manner.**

**Responsibilities**

**granting loans**
- **Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans**:

- **Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information**:

- **Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them**:

- **Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions**:

- **Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services**:

- **Maintain and update cases records in daily mis**
- **Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans**:

- **Develop referral networks to sell your product and your sale**:

- **Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction**

**throughout the process.**
- **Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending**

**Requirements and skills**
- **Proven working experience as a Loan Officer**:

- **Solid understanding of unsecured lending products of all BANKS and NBFC’S**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**:

- **Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies**:

- **Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment**:
**Executives should be target oriented**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sector 2, Noida, Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
