Working days
- 5 Days (9:30am
- 6:30pm)

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle full set of I/E documents
- Coordinate with overseas factories in shipment arrangement
- Arrange shipment scheduling and planning, manage data entry documents, accurately and timely.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Responsible for customs declaration
- Handle full set of banking documents (LC, shipping guarantee, D/P & D/A)
- Ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or above in logistics or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in trading and manufacturing fields
- Sound knowledge of shipping practice, custom rules and regulation
- Familiar with Import & Export, custom practice and rule
- Solid experience in handling LC documents in South Asia market.
- Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS word and Excel
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Immediately available is preferred.
