**Job Title**: Logistics Coordinator - Export Operations

**Location**: Sector 37 Gurgaon

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and track export shipments from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Plan and manage routing schedules for international shipments based on delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and buyer requirements.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHAs (Customs House Agents), and transporters to arrange bookings and dispatches.
- Prepare and verify all export-related documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, bills of lading, and export declarations.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, INCOTERMS, and destination country regulations.
- Follow up with buyers and internal departments to ensure shipping schedules are met.
- Maintain updated shipment records and provide regular shipment status reports to management and clients.
- Coordinate pre-shipment and post-shipment inspections, if required.
- Handle any shipping delays, discrepancies, or customs issues proactively.
- Work closely with the accounts team for invoice processing and payment tracking.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in export logistics or international shipping (preferably in an export house or trading company).
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and customs procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP/logistics software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
