**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and organized **Digital Marketing Coordinator** to support our digital marketing team. This role will involve coordinating various marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth communication between the Managing Director (MD) and the marketing team, and assisting with the execution of digital strategies. You will be working closely with the MD to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with business goals, managing daily team operations, and helping implement strategies across channels like SEO, PPC, and Social Media.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Coordination**: Act as a point of contact between the MD and the digital marketing team, ensuring tasks are understood, delegated, and executed on time.
- **Execution & Reporting**: Help implement and track campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and generate regular reports for the MD on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- **Content Coordination**: Ensure the timely creation and distribution of content across all digital platforms, aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure all materials and campaigns meet brand standards.
- **Schedule Management**: Manage the calendar for digital campaigns and projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Provide insights based on campaign performance data to help optimize future strategies and improve results.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with various administrative tasks related to digital marketing efforts, including organizing meetings, tracking budgets, and ensuring proper documentation.

**Requirements**:

- **Skills**: Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, platforms, and tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- **Organization**: Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal team coordination and external reporting.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to carefully review campaigns, reports, and other marketing materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
- **Teamwork**: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (designers, content writers, developers, etc.).
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively to ensure smooth project execution.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Post graduation degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
