**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and trend-conscious Buyer to join our team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and curating products, analyzing demand, and building strong vendor and designer relationships to drive sales and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Source and procure premium merchandise aligned with brand direction.
- Onboard and manage designers across multiple categories.
- Analyze consumer buying patterns, forecast trends, and plan seasonal assortments.
- Monitor inventory, plan purchases, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Manage vendor/supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and planning teams for seasonal campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare budgets, control costs, and review sales data to guide future strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
- 2-3 years of buying/purchasing experience (preferably fashion/retail).
- Prior e-commerce experience preferred.
- Freshers with passion for fashion and ownership skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management tools.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for fashion trends.
