**Job Title**: Front Office Executive / Receptionist

**Location**: Tumble gym (electronic city, Haralur road, Bhanshankari)

**Job Summary**:
The Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and professionalism to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greet and welcome visitors** as they arrive at the office, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- **Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls** in a courteous and professional manner.
- **Maintain visitor logs**, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- **Manage appointments and meeting schedules**, coordinating with various departments as needed.
- **Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail** and deliveries.
- Handle **basic clerical tasks**, including filing, copying, and data entry.
- **Assist with administrative duties** such as maintaining office supplies, preparing correspondence, and supporting HR or accounting departments when needed.
- **Handle customer inquiries** and provide information about the company's services or products.
- Ensure the **front office area is clean and presentable** with all necessary supplies (e.g., pens, forms).
- **Coordinate with facility management** for any maintenance or equipment needs.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Excellent communication skills** (verbal and written).
- **Customer service orientation** and ability to handle inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- **Proficient in MS Office Suite** (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Sheets.
- **Organizational and multitasking abilities** to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- **Attention to detail** and time management skills.
- **Ability to work independently** and within a team.
- **Experience with phone systems**, office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers, Laptop), and appointment scheduling software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
