**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
**Strategic Planning & Execution**
- Work closely with the CEO to implement company-wide goals, OKRs, and initiatives.
- Monitor execution of key campaigns and strategic plans across departments.
**Cross-Functional Coordination**
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, and Tech teams.
- Drive accountability and timely follow-up on inter-departmental tasks.
**Performance Management**
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance via reports and dashboards.
- Identify underperforming areas and assist managers in course-correction.
**Project Ownership**
- Lead special projects including CRM optimization, franchise expansion, B2B MOUs, and education seminars.
- Ensure timely execution, documentation, and feedback loops.
**Recruitment & Talent Alignment**
- Take ownership of getting the **right people onboard** by hiring, vetting profiles, participating in interviews, and ensuring cultural alignment.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and training coordination with department heads.
**Process and Workflow Optimization**
- Review and refine existing SOPs and internal processes.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement systems to enhance productivity.
**Internal Communication & Reporting**
- Consolidate insights and updates for management reviews.
- Draft internal briefs, meeting notes, and executive-level summaries.
**Meeting Management**
- Schedule, plan, and support internal and external meetings.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and execution of post-meeting action items.
**People & Culture Development**
- Support initiatives that foster a healthy, accountable, and growth-oriented work culture.
- Mediate internal conflicts and maintain transparency between leadership and staff.
**Problem Solving & Crisis Handling**
- Act as a central point for resolving escalations and bottlenecks.
- Proactively address urgent issues and ensure timely resolution.
**Confidential Executive Support**
- Handle high-level and sensitive tasks on behalf of the CEO.
- Represent leadership in internal and external matters when required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
