**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required by various departments.
- Collect and compare quotations from vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any supply issues or delays.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with the stores team for restocking needs.
- Ensure all purchased items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Build and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and terms of purchase with vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback for improvements.
- Comply with internal procurement policies and legal regulations.
- Assist in periodic audits and reporting for procurement activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and common supplier requirements is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,007.21 - ₹25,000.00 per month
