Prepare and cook continental dishes, including but not limited to French, Italian, Spanish, and Mediterranean cuisine.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with the restaurant’s recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Manage kitchen inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.
- Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control are met at all times.
- Assist with menu planning and cost management to ensure profitability.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of European and Mediterranean cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualifications preferred.
- A passion for creating innovative dishes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
