**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Brief Description**

The position of **PURCHASE E**xecutive is a full-time job, **BANDIDOS **consider PURCHASE Executive who monitor the inventory, and maintain all the data in shape.

**Tasks**

**OUT OF STOCK IS OUT OF QUESTION**
- Review Re-Order report on daily basis,
- Generate Purchase Request Form and send for approval,
- Collect and update the Shelf-Life of each product prior to the purchase every time,
- Maintain the “Vendor Master” updated,
- Follow the Policy of IN FULL/ON TIME,
- Qualify the vendor based on best out of 3 for the same capability, Collect Quotations and send it for PMs approval (except the exclusive product),
- Maintain the documentation of Vendor qualification,
- Maintain Vendor Rating based on each supply (applicable for all the vendors),
- Discrepancies of each supply (Purchase Return) to be communicated with vendors,
- Communicate with the vendors and arrange Vendor assessment and generate report,
- Maintain good communication with all the vendor for (Collect delivery date prior to issue the Purchase Order, make sure the products are reaching on time, Discrepancies, LR, Packing List, Invoice etc)
- Communicate the product features and all relevant information to all the concerned department,
- Maintain the inventory ratio,
- Notify the purchase price and logistics rate to costing team,
- Follow company’s policies and procedures,
- Report to PURCHASE MANAGER

Pay: ₹168,000.00 - ₹192,000.00 per year
