**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Training and Delivery**:

- Conduct training sessions in colleges and institutions, focusing on aptitude, verbal, and soft skills development.
- Facilitate interactive and engaging training programs tailored to the needs of the audience.
- Travel to different colleges to deliver on-site training programs.

**Content Development**:

- Create and update training content, modules, and presentations.
- Design questionnaires, assessments, and other learning materials to evaluate trainees’ progress.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to ensure high-quality content delivery.

**In-House Responsibilities**:

- Support the team in developing innovative learning strategies and approaches.
- Assist in planning and coordinating training schedules and logistics.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, feedback, and improvements.

**Eligibility Criteria**:
**Education Qualification**:

- For Aptitude Trainer Role: MSc in Math or any related field.
- For Verbal & Soft Skills Trainer Role: MA in English or related fields.
- For Technical Trainer Role : B.Tech / M.Tech or related fields
- Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and connect with diverse groups of learners.
- Willingness to travel extensively to colleges and training centers.
- Basic proficiency in creating and delivering presentations.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude towards learning and professional development.
