As an ITI Fitter, you will be responsible for the assembly, repair, and maintenance of mechanical components and equipment. Your role will involve interpreting technical drawings, operating machinery, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring the smooth functioning of mechanical systems.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand the requirements for assembly, installation, and repair.

2. Operate various hand tools, power tools, and machinery to perform cutting, shaping, drilling, and grinding tasks.

3. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of mechanical equipment to identify and resolve any issues or defects.

4. Troubleshoot mechanical problems and perform repairs or replacements of faulty components.

5. Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all work activities.

6. Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and engineers to discuss project requirements, progress, and any technical challenges.

6. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and inventory records.

7. Identify and recommend improvements in equipment, processes, or procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

8. Adhere to quality control standards and perform quality inspections to ensure that finished products meet specified criteria.

**Requirements**:
1. ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Fitter trade or equivalent.

2. Proven experience working as an ITI Fitter or in a similar role.

3. Solid understanding of mechanical principles, tools, and equipment.

4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

5. Ability to operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and machinery effectively.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.

7. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in mechanical work environments.

8. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.

9. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
