**Job Title**: Fitter

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Assemble and fit mechanical parts, components, and sub-assemblies.
- Install, align, and test machinery or equipment.
- Perform maintenance and repair work on machines and mechanical systems.
- Ensure all work is carried out as per safety standards and company policies.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments effectively.
- Inspect completed work to ensure proper functioning and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members.

**Requirements**:

- ITI/Diploma in Fitter/Mechanical trade or equivalent qualification.
- Proven work experience as a Fitter or in a similar mechanical role.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of welding, drilling, grinding, and other fabrication processes.
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy tools and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of safety rules and procedures.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in industrial machinery assembly and maintenance.
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month
