
Customer Service Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Customer Support:
Provide detailed information on products, sizing, and availability.
Assist customers with placing orders and navigating the website.
- Order Management:
Coordinate with the fulfillment center to ensure orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time.
Monitor order status and update customers on their order progress.
- Shipping and Delivery:
Address and resolve issues related to shipping and delivery, including tracking lost packages and coordinating re-shipments.
Communicate with shipping carriers as needed to resolve delivery issues.
- Returns and Exchanges:
Manage the return and exchange process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Process return requests and coordinate with the fulfillment center for product exchanges.
- Inventory Management:
Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages to the relevant departments.
Update the website with current stock information as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Experience with order management systems and inventory tracking is a plus.
