**Job Purpose**:

- Responsible for overseeing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services.
- Managing documentation to ensure compliance with company SOPS, policies and industry regulations. This role requires excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Track compliance of SOPs for manufacturing and administration and report to management.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments for timely restocking.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Ensure supplier compliance with company standards and requirements
- Address and resolve any issues related to product quality or delivery delays.
- Maintain and organize all procurement-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities and cost analysis.
- Ensure payment to vendors on time.
- Track compliance of SOPs for manufacturing and administration, report to management.
