HIS Academy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Sales Assistant** to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in promoting and supporting our educational services, including coaching for NEET, KCET, JEE Mains & Advanced, and tutorials for 8th, 9th, and 10th-grade students. You will be responsible for assisting in sales-related activities, providing excellent customer service, and helping the academy achieve its growth and enrollment targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Interaction and Support**:
- Provide information about the academy’s programs, courses, fees, and schedules.
- Address student queries and offer personalized guidance based on their needs and academic goals.
- 2.**Sales and Enrollment Assistance**:
- Assist in promoting and selling HIS Academy’s educational programs and services to prospective students.
- Help with the enrollment process by collecting necessary documents, explaining the terms and conditions, and guiding students through the registration process.
- Follow up on leads and manage the enrollment pipeline to ensure a smooth transition for students from inquiry to enrollment.
- **Lead Generation and Follow-Up**:
- Maintain and update a database of leads, prospective students, and contacts.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to identify new opportunities for lead generation and student outreach.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with maintaining accurate records of student inquiries, registrations, and other sales-related data.
- Provide administrative support for the Sales team, including preparing documents, organizing meetings, and assisting with sales presentations.
- Help organize and promote open houses, seminars, and workshops to attract prospective students.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and their families.
- Provide post-enrollment support to ensure students are satisfied and informed about their upcoming courses.
- Address any concerns or issues related to the sales process or academy services.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Track and report sales performance, lead conversions, and enrollment metrics to the Sales Manager.
- Provide insights and suggestions on improving sales strategies and processes based on student feedback and interactions.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Minimum of a High School Diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or education-related roles is a plus.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and team members.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address and resolve student and parent concerns professionally and efficiently.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), CRM tools, and basic office software.
- **Positive Attitude**: Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-oriented approach.
- **Team Player**: Able to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
