**Job Title: Real Estate Finance Executive**

We are a real estate developer with multiple on-going luxury projects.

We are building luxury villas in Alibaug.

You will primarily work in our office in Fort, Mumbai. You will be required to visit Alibaug only occasionally when needed for payments, etc.

You will be dedicated towards the accounts management of our projects. Managing Accounts Receivable from Clients, and Payable to our vendors. You will also participate in the on-boarding process for vendors, as well as the cash flow management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily accounts payable and receivable works, using Tally Prime software
- Working on bank reconciliation statements for each financial entity
- Preparation of payments (online, via Bank Transfer, or offline via cheques and demand drafts)
- Coordination with the Bank
- Preparation of project budgets / reports as needed for fund raises, bank reports, etc.
- Monitoring of key contracts with respect to Accounts
- **Skills**:

- Knowledge of Tally is a must
- Should have accounts background, and experience with a real estate, construction or contractor background **only**.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player or independently, in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing projects to ensure timely deliverables.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and Word.
- Should have worked on Google Sheets / Google Docs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keen interest in real estate, specifically Finance Payment and Procurement
- Education must be in Accounts, or Finance.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
