Job Description
Summary:
 Develop, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control. Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gather, analyzes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. Perform economic research and studies in rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and effect of governmental requirements.
Your Responsibilities:
 Primary responsibilities of a Project Controller for a group of executives' client service engagements include:
- Collect and manage master versions of Proposals, SOWs, PIWs, MSAs, POs, and any other project documentation
- Run weekly reports detailing the status of each project, including actual billings and expenses vs planned budget
- Have a fair understanding of project lifecycle and revenue recognition models.
- Conduct analytical review of project reports; evaluate project status and supply partners with forecast and correction measures
- Create and submit invoices
- Compile expense receipts from project team,, to submit with expense invoices
- Collections and unbilled receivables management
- Time sheet and expense approvals
- Monitor and report on budget deviations
- Period reporting requirements for assigned practice
- Work with finance team and other project controllers for project updates and process improvements
- Monitor and update CRM opportunities
- Contribute to the development of project deliverables.
Secondary responsibilities may include:
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, and travel
- Forecast executives' bookings on engagements
- Multiple internal projects relating to practice, executive, or operations team
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Flexible hours to accommodate Asia Pacific clients
- Report to office for 3 days a week
- 2 or more years of experience
- BA, BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Math
- Bookkeeping experience
- Experience invoicing and managing AR, SAP experience
- Experience with an understanding of VAT (Value-Added Tax)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in Business English (speaking and writing) required
- Superior analytical, technical, team player
- Time management and, adhere to deadlines, stakeholder Management
- You will report to Manager, Project Controller APAC
