**End-to-End Recruitment**: Manage full-cycle hiring for roles in creative, strategy, media, performance, tech, and client servicing.
- **Screening**: Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings to assess skill fit, culture fit, and salary expectations.
- **Employer Branding**: Work closely with the marketing team to run hiring campaigns, social hiring posts, and events that build our employer brand.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track recruitment KPIs like time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, JD requirements, and team culture nuances.
- **Basic HR Operations**: Assist in day-to-day HR operations like coordinating internal events, managing leave records, and maintaining basic employee documentation.

Pay: ₹10,975.40 - ₹36,208.48 per month
