**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- J.P. Morgan Asset Management is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and business partners. Our sales and client service teams, marketing support, and product specialists, are dedicated to the support of our clients and leverage the capabilities of our global firm to deliver to our clients. We provide an integrated approach to client servicing in order to meet the client’s full range of investment and servicing needs. Each new client is assigned to a Client Service team which consists of a Client Advisor, Client Account Manager, Portfolio Manager and Investment Specialist._
- As a Requests for Proposal Writer, you will act as a key engagement point with global teams. You should be responsible for creating documents which articulate JPMAM’s unique value proposition and brand commitments to clients around the world. This team coordinates with various product groups, Investment Specialists, Client Advisors etc., in the creation, review and maintenance of client documents._

**Responsibilities**:

- _Proposal Writing - Complete RFPs and RFIs for Institutional and Wholesale clients/prospects to support the Emerging Markets Equity team with the highest accuracy in a timely manner_
- _Content Management - Maintain a centralized database of up-to-date content, including investment strategies, performance data, compliance information and legal disclosures to facilitate efficient and accurate proposal development_
- _Project management - Manage multiple RFP projects simultaneously adhering to strict deadlines and co-ordinating with various internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely delivery of completed proposals_
- _Attention to detail - Maintaining a high level of competency when reviewing data and quickly identifying both data and format issues_
- _Effective Communication - Communicate in a clear, concise and efficient manner with multiple teams and product groups across regions_
- _RFP Process improvement - Continuously evaluate and enhance the RFP process, including the development of standardized templates, best practices and automation tools, to streamline workflow and improve efficiency_

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- _Post-graduate with 5+ year of experience in a similar role in Asset Management Industry_
- _CFA level 1 could be a distinct advantage_
- _Awareness of business risk and compliance procedures_
- _Ability to simultaneously manage competing priorities, including immediate, short-term_
- _Strong communication skills, both verbal and written_
- _Strong work ethic and positive attitude_

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- _Understanding of the asset management business, various asset classes and investment products is mandatory_
- _Prior experience of writing or participating in the Requests for Proposal process is desirable, preferably in the asset management industry_
- _Ability to quickly gain broad knowledge of the range of assigned JP Morgan Asset Management investment products, in order to succeed in the role_
- _Financial market awareness and understanding of financial concepts about the Funds products._
